Who is responsible for your data

Personal data I collect and how
Contact form: name, company, job title, email, phone and your message. Submitting the form opens your own email application with a pre-filled message; nothing is stored on this website, and I receive the data only if you send that email. Growth-priorities brief: company name, sector, size, stage and the business details you type; this is sent to an AI model to generate your report and is not saved in a database by this website. Direct email or professional correspondence: whatever you choose to share. Analytics (only if you accept): pseudonymous identifiers, pages visited, device/browser data, approximate location and ad-click information collected by Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads. Essential preferences (language, theme, consent choice) are stored on your device only.
Purposes and legal basis
Responding to your inquiry and discussing business-development work: based on your request and my legitimate interest in replying. Generating the growth-priorities report: based on your request when you submit the brief. Measuring site usage and ad-driven contact requests: based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Keeping your language, theme and consent choice: necessary to provide the website as you requested.
Recipients and service providers
I do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by: Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, only after consent; see business.safety.google/privacy); your and my email providers for correspondence; the website hosting and backend infrastructure provider that runs the site; and the AI model provider used to generate the growth-priorities report. These providers process data to deliver their services.
Processing outside Saudi Arabia
Google, the hosting infrastructure and the AI model provider may process data on servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including in the United States and the European Union. Such transfers occur to provide the services described above and only to the extent needed for those purposes.
Retention
Emails and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting professional relationship, then deleted when no longer needed. Growth-brief inputs are not stored by this website after the report is generated. Analytics data is kept according to the Google Analytics property's retention setting and Google's own policies; analytics cookies expire as described in the Cookies Policy. Preferences on your device remain until you clear them.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you may: be informed about how your data is processed; access your personal data; obtain a copy in a readable format; request correction, completion or update; request destruction of data no longer needed; and withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it). To exercise these rights, email contact@amjd.info with your request; I may ask for information to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by law. You may also contact the competent Saudi authority (SDAIA) if you have a concern.
